AK Chefgold is made from fully refined and deodorized palm oil. It’s a palm based vegetable ghee that is non-hydrogenated, non-transfat and cholesterol free. The aroma of AK Vegetable Ghee is merely a pure ghee.

Application :
Used in all “house hold cooking” as well as “industrial fat” used as a complete replacer of pure ghee, with the same result thus minimizing the product cost.
