Natural product, undiluted, unfermented, not from concentrate, preservative-free, obtained by the
pressing and refining of the edible fraction of organic ginger, healthy and clean. Classified as a
NONGMO (Genetically Modified Organism) product.
It can be used for sauces, salad dressings, soups, confectionery, creams, frostings, coees,
beverages (teas, alcoholic / non-alcoholic, carbonated / non-carbonated) and in industrial
processes. Recommended use of 2 to 10%.
