Picasso Don Jorge Wine (Limited Edition)
Limited Edition of our Premium Picasso Line, made with Ancellota grape of Italian origin, successfully adapted to the Ica terroir. The aging in oak barrels was carried out in twenty-four months.
tasting notes
It is a wine with a purplish color, with black and blue notes, medium body, balanced acidity, with a very good aroma of ripe red fruits, dried figs, for many it appears nutmeg and black pepper, achieving a very well structured red wine and with a long finish on the palate.
It mainly accompanies red meats, pasta and cheeses.
It is recommended to decant and serve it between 15 ° C- 18 ° C
