Product Details
• The avocado contains a lot of potassium, even much more than the banana; this helps reduce blood pressure, a high risk factor for heart attacks, strokes, and kidney failure.
• It is rich in polyunsaturated fats, which help reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) levels in the blood by increasing good cholesterol (HDL) levels.
• Contains lutein and zeaxanthin; powerful antioxidants that are very important in protecting eye health.
• It has high levels of folic acid, necessary for pregnancy as it is involved in the formation of the neural tube of the fetus.
• The oil extracted from the avocado is used in many facial and body creams for its great regenerative and softening properties. -
