Industrias del Envase was founded by Cervecería Backus y Johnston, on August 13, 1971 under the name of Industrial Cacer, dedicating itself to the manufacture of plastic boxes for beer bottles. In 1980, we started the production of plastic boxes for soda bottles with Coca-Cola and Pepsi, buckets for lubricants, paints, oils, food and agro-industrial products. In 1995, he merged Imprenta Amaru, which was dedicated to the printing of labels and decorated cardboard containers, and changed its name to its current name. In 2011, the company was acquired by BO Packaging, belonging to the BO Group with operations in North and South America. BO Packaging also has production plants in Santiago de Chile and Ponta Grossa in Brazil for Flexible, Thermoforming, Injection, Blown and Polipapel packaging.

We are the main producers of buckets in Peru serving the lubricants, paints and food industry. On the other hand, we also produce boxes for returnable beer and soda containers. Finally we are investing in injection lines for harvest boxes / trays.
In the line of paper and cardboard we have the most modern eight-color printer in the region; a 6-color printer, five die cutters; five gluers; five trainers; a stamping machine, 180 M sheets per year.
We provide packaging solutions to the main brands in the market, using FSC-certified products as raw materials, seeking a high-quality and sustainable finish at the same time.
